  • d0wnscape asked : Congrats on the followers, and success of your pictures and videos!

Thanks, it sure has been a good few days!

I’m hopeful I won’t get swallowed by the Edinburgh Fringe too badly this year so I can keep getting original content out there and most importantly start filming with Joe for our edit.

Looking towards Edinburgh Castle sitting way above the Grassmarket

Just had this old chestnut re-emerge and gather some notes, remains one of my favourite photos I’ve taken this year.

Update on the Glentress video is its now been shared on the IMB Mag website and Epic TV, safe to say it was a rather successful video then!

Good fun filming Joe and Kit taking on a very wet Glentress yesterday. First time out with the steadicam seemed to go alright!

  • Well I just hit the big old 1500 followers so thank you all! The only thing I could think of to fit such a post was my favourite riding video I have shot to date - October at Bonaly, as featured on Pinkbike UK and a couple of other places last year.
Enjoy! (especially if you haven’t seen it before!)

  • Forgot to post a pic of my new setup - here is my PC connected dual monitor to my lovely 24” LED Monitor and then the new big brother - 47” of 3D LED goodness (both LG). Bit of glare on the telly there but you get the picture! Metro: Last Light never looked so good :0

  • Part of the Glentress black final descent - not too steep but rough and rooty leading in towards steadily steeper sections
